Hello,
Not only was your shipping quick you know your product very
well!
Others are skeptical purchasing online however having
previously owned a waterbed and after speaking with you, it
confirmed you have a lot of knowledge on waterbeds and
accessories.
We purchased the Sterling 600 SXE, heater and rails and love
them all! And it will be so nice to have a warm bed again on
the cold Indiana winter nights.

Peter,
I thought you deserve to know that I am extremely pleased with
my purchase of the Bally's Replacement Zipper Cover for Select
Comfort Beds.
I was skeptical at first buying anything online, but I did not
want to pay the $700+ that the manufacturer claims was the
replacement cost. I received it today
and installed it in 15 minutes. It's a perfect fit!! Woot!!

Thank You very much for your fast service in the purchase of
our Sterling Waterbed Mattress! It came today at 12:15 pm
right on time for me to set it up and fill with water. Looking
forward to sleeping on it this evening after spending the last
three nights out in the motor home. If we need anything in the

Pete,
After I found the instructions everything went OK last night.
Just a little problem with the plastic hose to faucet adapter.
Lucky I had a brass one which worked much better.
We slept on it last night and it was like sleeping on a
marshmallow. So far we are happy. I like the new design for
water tube containment better. Hopefully we will have many
good years with our new bed.

Hi Pete! It was a pleasure speaking with
you a few weeks ago, when I placed my order with you. I
ordered a king-size Perfection Frame Free Sponge waterbed
mattress, semi-waveless, single bladder, without a topper.
Shipping was super quick, and setting it up was a breeze!!
It’s been a couple of weeks now since I received my new
mattress, and I have to say that it is amazing – it feels just
like a regular, old-fashioned hard-side waterbed mattress,
except it looks like a regular innerspring mattress. The
mattress completely conforms to your body so you have full
back/body support and no uncomfortable pressure points. My
husband and I have missed our old hard-side waterbed mattress
so much, and we are so happy to finally have a waterbed
mattress again. We are sleeping like babies again. Thank you
so much!!!

I received the queen dual air set today and installed them in
my mattress today. I am not only pleased with your
knowledgeable and personable level of customer service, but
also the product quality has exceeded my expectations; the
comfort level being much improved over the original air
chambers that came with the Somma Bed. Thank you for the fast

I just wanted you to know that this
Eclipse unit is better than the original pump that came with
the bed. It works much faster, fills firmer, and is quieter
than the Select Comfort pump. It was very easy to hook up with
the barrel connectors. Thank you for the quality product and
your good communications prior to the purchase.

We received the tubes we ordered last Friday, ahead of
schedule, and installed them over the weekend.
Your pricing was totally reasonable and before we even placed
our order, your customer service was fabulous (i.e.,
explaining bed sizing over the phone to my husband before and
providing the Fedex tracking number to me after)!

Just wanted to tell you I got my air bed
replacement bladder. It was so nice to sleep in a whole bed
again, and not worry about falling in the hole on the other

received the new controller and it works great. I sent the bad
one back to you. Maybe you can fix it.
On another things, I've got to tell you, you guys are GREAT!
My original order was shipped and received very fast!
Everything was just as described. Everything worked great
except for the above controller. But even that was impressive.
When someone had a problem, you took care of it ASAP, no
problems.
I will tell anyone I know that if they need any
parts/accessories, go to you guys!
I realize that may not mean much because you don't have the
type of stuff people buy or need everyday, but hey, someone
may need something sometime and I would definitely recommend
you guys.

Hi Pete,
You were so much fun to talk to when I placed my order-you
always need a compliment!! Just wanted to follow up-
My son and I installed and filled the
Luxury Support 7127 Ultra Waveless w/Lumbar and when my
husband came home from work he could not believe it! He
is in love with the new waterbed mattress! The best bed he has
ever slept on, a baby boomer waterbed boy from the 70's, the
down side---now he never wants to go anywhere again!!
Just always sleep in his bed!!!
Thanks for all your help-came 'speedy
delivery' too--remember I had a small leak-so we changed it
out in a timely fashion.
